Meeting (week 2 -- 17-20/07/2007 )
o Find subject

We have listed all the subject core business such as groceries, restaurant, saloon, bookstore and hardware shop. Listed down all the possible process involved in these business processing.

o Divide and assigning task

We devide the task among our group member. The project leader, secretary, logistic and the treasurer have been assigned to every of the team members.

o Collect money for overall project

We collected RM20 per person.

Meeting (week 3 -- 24-27/07/2007 )

o Brainstorm

We update any missing part or information. Try to finalised the business core and all the possible process and action.

o Finalize subject - grocery or restaurant.

Meeting (week 4 -- 30/07-03/08/2007 )

o At last we found a business! :)

Company - Shaheba Trading
Location - Bandar Teknologi
Owner - Hasba Bt. Ahmad

Its a laundry service based company.


Questionairre will be based on 3 major part which is

- From company to the supplier.
- Within the company itself.
- From company to the customer.

Meeting (week 5-- 06-10/08/2007 )

We admit we use wrong term, actually it is not questionairre. We used interview method.

First interview with the owner’s son.(currently working with the company)

The owner busy with the business.

A few basic question answered.

Meeting (week 6-- 13-17/08/2007)

Choose the business process that need to reengineer

Do the business process redesign template

Identify the assumption, challenges and ideas

Interview cannot be made because the owner busy with the renovation of the shop

Meeting (week 7 -- 20-24/08/2007)

Continue doing the template

Meeting (week 9 -- 3-7/09/2007)

Make an appointment with the owner to do the second interview

Meeting (week 10 -- 10-14/09/2007)

Today we conduct an interview with the owner of the subject which is Shaheba Trading Sdn. Bhd.

Meeting (week 11 -- 17 - 21/09/2007)

We summarize our finding and compile all the data that we gather through out the entire project duration.

But finally we choose laundry shop at Bandar Technology, Kajang

Mainly focused on laundry services

Will be finalised after we find suitable shop. The draft question have been settled.
